Alejandro was born in Colombia and moved to the United States at a young age. He is a devoted husband to his wife Jennifer and a proud father to their young daughter. Alejandro brings a unique blend of leadership, client advocacy, and emergency-response experience to Valerio Emergency Plumbing.

Before entering the plumbing and restoration industry, Alejandro served as a Client Manager and Vice President with Bank of America’s Premier Banking and Investments, co-founded a real estate development company, and worked as a Claim Manager on Travelers’ National Catastrophe Response Team. Those roles shaped his focus on accountability, clear communication, and protecting clients during high-stress situations.
