Abel advanced through the plumbing trades at an accelerated pace, becoming the youngest journeyman in the state of Connecticut at the time and later earning his Master Plumber license. Today, Abel leads Valerio Plumbing’s technical teams, setting the standard for proper repairs, emergency response, and doing the work right the first time. His leadership ensures every job is handled with precision, safety, and long-term reliability.

Her background includes teaching in elementary schools and professional experience at one of the world’s largest hedge funds, giving her a unique blend of empathy, organization, and strategic insight. Jennifer enjoys traveling, staying active through spinning, bicycling, and skating, and spending time with her family—values that guide her commitment to serving the community when it needs help most.

Before entering the plumbing and restoration industry, Alejandro served as a Client Manager and Vice President with Bank of America’s Premier Banking and Investments, co-founded a real estate development company, and worked as a Claim Manager on Travelers’ National Catastrophe Response Team. Those roles shaped his focus on accountability, clear communication, and protecting clients during high-stress situations.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Alejandro leads the operations team at Valerio Emergency Plumbing with a strong commitment to exceeding expectations—especially when homeowners and businesses need fast, dependable emergency plumbing solutions.
