As a Master Plumber and founding owner, Abel Valerio leads the technical direction of the company, combining advanced trade expertise with real-time disaster response knowledge. Born in the Dominican Republic, Abel came to the United States with his family in search of a better future. From a young age, he helped care for a disabled parent, shaping the work ethic, responsibility, and empathy that guide him today.
Abel advanced through the plumbing trades at an accelerated pace, becoming the youngest journeyman in the state of Connecticut at the time and later earning his Master Plumber license. Today, Abel leads Valerio Plumbing’s technical teams, setting the standard for proper repairs, emergency response, and doing the work right the first time. His leadership ensures every job is handled with precision, safety, and long-term reliability.

Jennifer also supports day-to-day operations, helping keep teams aligned and service running smoothly behind the scenes.
Her background includes teaching in elementary schools and professional experience at one of the world’s largest hedge funds, giving her a unique blend of empathy, organization, and strategic insight. Jennifer enjoys traveling, staying active through spinning, bicycling, and skating, and spending time with her family—values that guide her commitment to serving the community when it needs help most.

Alejandro was born in Colombia and moved to the United States at a young age. He is a devoted husband to his wife Jennifer and a proud father to their young daughter. Alejandro brings a unique blend of leadership, client advocacy, and emergency-response experience to Valerio Emergency Plumbing.
Before entering the plumbing and restoration industry, Alejandro served as a Client Manager and Vice President with Bank of America’s Premier Banking and Investments, co-founded a real estate development company, and worked as a Claim Manager on Travelers’ National Catastrophe Response Team. Those roles shaped his focus on accountability, clear communication, and protecting clients during high-stress situations.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Alejandro leads the operations team at Valerio Emergency Plumbing with a strong commitment to exceeding expectations—especially when homeowners and businesses need fast, dependable emergency plumbing solutions.

He was instrumental in building The Plumbing Artisans and played a key role in mentoring and helping Abel Valerio grow into the Master Plumber he is today.
Bill is an Instructor of Plumbing and Heating at Bullard-Havens Technical High School in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where he is committed to preparing future professionals for successful careers in the trades. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the bass guitar and performs at local gigs throughout the Norwalk area. Bill and his wife call Norwalk home, and his dedication to craftsmanship, education, and community continues to make a lasting impact both inside and outside the classroom.
